Costs

If you register early, you support us essentially organising and this can reduce costs.

That`s why you can see here 2 prices: e.g. 380/430 Euro**
The first price is valid until 30th June 2012, the second price from 1st July 2012.

If you stay the whole week and your deposit arrives until 30th June 2012, it is 480 CHF/ ca. 390 Euro** in the tent. If your payment arrives after the 30th June 2012, you will have to pay 555 CHF/ ca. 450 Euro**

**Please note that the price in CHF will be converted at the current rate of the day.

Mattresses (no bedding): surcharge 10 CHF/night/person

Single rooms can also be booked with private landlords in the surrounding villages. Please ask at the office for recommendation.

Children Prices for food and accommodation:
Age 0-4: no costs + child care (50 EUR)
Age 4-6: 20 CHF/ca. 16€/day + child care
Age 7-12: 30 CHF/ ca. 24€/day + child care
Age 13-16: 40 CHF/ ca. 32€/day + child care (if needed)

Age 16 and older: full price

(Accommodation of children in a double room +10 €/day)

Child care during workshop time 5 €/unit, 50 €/week
Important: The responsibility and liability of children and young people is left with their parents for the whole festival time.


For PARTICIPANTS:

DISH WASHING ANGELS: THE KARMA JOB:


The organizers can only offer you the affordable fee for the festival because we have a special arrangement with the organizers of Schloss Glarisegg. This arrangement is about the dish washing. After the meals we need 2 - 3 dish washing angels for 1,5 hours each... working on your good karma.

If you want to be excluded from being a dish washing angel you are asked to pay a surcharge of 50 Euros on top of the festival fee because than we have to pay other people to do the job for you.

Experience shows that both being a helper as well as being a dish washing angel can be real fun - so much fun and joy that some participants volunteer besides their own services.
